MSDN AA Login

The MSDN Academic Alliance (MSDN AA) is a service allowing UNR College of Engineering students to purchase certain software products from Microsoft at a reduced price. Any UNR student with an active ECC account is eligible for this program. Click here for a list of products currently available through MSDN AA.

MSDN AA Registration Instructions

1. Go to the MSDN AA Login page and click on "Register."
2. In the "Username" field, enter your ECC UID number. This can be obtained by typing "id" in an ECC Linux command prompt (Terminal) or by visiting the Help Desk in the ECC (Student ID Card required).

UID Number Acquisition Example:
[ecc_username@u-xx:~]$ id
uid=1234(ecc_username) gid=987 groups=987
[ecc_username@u-xx:~]$


3. Enter your university or ECC email address.
4. Enter a secure password. (This password should be different from your ECC account password.)
5. Click "Submit." On the following screen, click "Log Me In!" to login. If you have correctly registered, you will recieve an email confirming your registration.
